Trail for the Troops 5K Run/Walk @ Uncle John's Cider MIll

 All money raised will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project and Local Military and Veterans causes. The race will start and finish at Uncle John’s Cider Mill (north of St. Johns) and wind through various dirt roads, fields and trails. Awards for 5K Run Only: Overall (Male and Female) and Age Group Awards(Top Three Finishers): 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

 

Muster at the Mill @ Uncle John's Cider Mill

Please join us at Uncle John’s Cider Mill for the second annual, “Muster at the Mill”, Colonial Period (1750s-1780s) Living History Encampment. Get a glimpse of life at the time of our country’s founding as reenactors portraying Native American, French, British and American soldiers and civilians of the colonial period go about the activities of daily living during the eighteenth century. Historical demonstrations all day including: music, cooking, crafts, mock battle scenarios, artillery, and much more! Come out for a history lesson you can see, hear, smell and feel!

MUSTER AT THE MILL:

The re-created Queen’s Rangers Highland Company (named for Queen Charlotte wife of King George III) is a non-profit, all volunteer group of living historians dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of The American Revolution, the gallant service of the unit during that conflict, and Scottish heritage in general through “hands on” participation at various reenactments and festivals throughout our region and beyond.
